Cinco ideas útiles antes de elaborar una campaña de comunicación online y de redes sociales

sliderseo Antes de lanzarnos a promocionar nuestra empresa, o a difundir las actividades de nuestra asociación, ONG o de alguna institución, el paso previo más importante es trazar una estrategia. Para facilitaros la labor, compartimos con vosotros en nuestro blog cinco nociones prácticas, básicas e interesantes a la hora de enfocar un plan de comunicación online en redes sociales.

1) Para ello, primero se debe hacer un análisis del producto, evento o servicio que queremos difundir, e identificar cuál es nuestro público objetivo. Así, veremos las primeras acciones sobre cómo se adapta lo que queremos comunicar a internet.

2) Concretar qué medios y/o redes sociales se adaptan mejor a la campaña. En relación a identificación del público objetivo, hay varias preguntas que deben tenerse en mente: “¿A quién me dirijo?, ¿hombres entre 20-35 años? ¿mujeres de más de 50? ¿están en el medio /red social donde quiero estar presente?

3) Otro de los factores primordiales a tener en cuenta es precisar unos objetivos claros y medibles. Por ejemplo, éstos pueden ser aumentar la visibilidad de la empresa, mejorar las ventas o reforzar el lanzamiento de un nuevo producto.

4) El papel de las redes sociales. ¿Son en sí una novedad? Las redes trasladan a internet las conversaciones, opiniones, informaciones habituales. Así, tanto grandes como pequeñas empresas pueden producir contenidos. Y claro, los consumidores también. Esto es muy importante porque los usuarios confían en las recomendaciones de otros clientes. En Social Media se trata más de persuadir que de “vender” directamente. Se establecen una relación más personal con la audiencia, ya que se pueden individualizar los mensajes.

5) De empresa 1.0 a empresa 2.0. Entendiendo esto las empresas se tienen que incorporar a la mentalidad del entorno 2.0. Entre sus necesidades y acciones que deben realizar están escuchar activamente, participar, asumir los comentarios (tanto positivos como negativos), ayudar y adaptarse continuamente a las nuevas evoluciones.

Estas circunstancias nuevas se traducen en leer lo que se dice de la empresa y tenerlo en cuenta a la hora de organizar una estrategia. Dentro de esta nueva mentalidad hay que entender las críticas como aprendizaje y adecuar la empresa a las nuevas reglas.
